Everything is clean and good. Recently refurbished and reasonably large units with a lovely view over the sea. Extremely comfy beds and central heating, coffee/tea makers, and a TV set. Excellent and affable staff and altogether a really nice experience.

We truly enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was quiet and brilliant. The whole place was clean and the stuff were excellant. The bar was good and food they serve is delicious. The service here was excellent. Took the advantage of the parking on-site.

Had a gorgeous breakfast, a fashionable room with an amazing view of the sea. The bed was very comfy; and there was a bathtub. Location: the hotel was close to the outskirts/, the North Pier and the town centre. The free parking was onsite, great service.

I asked for twin room and it was fashionable with a view. Central heating, a coffee/tea maker, and a multi-channel television where much appreciated. The hotel was brilliant and in a central location really close to the outskirts / as well as north pier from here. Also, Gynn Square was located only 1 km away, could easily get there.

The place was gorgeous, nothing too much trouble, can recommend. It was next to gynn square and the promenade, ideal location overall. North Shore district was worth staying in.
